The Flush Center Post is an ideal solution for those seeking to install a convenient bar handrail in their space. This particular brushed stainless steel end post is specifically designed to work with 1 1/2-inch outside diameter metal tubing. Our customers have the option to choose from 1.5″ brushed stainless steel tubing in standard, ADA-compliant ribbed, or diamond-scale design.
The 1.5-inch rail component is versatile and can be used as a stair handrail bracket or with bar foot rail. However, it is not recommended for commercial use with bar foot rails or for standing upon. For such purposes, we recommend 2″ OD brackets and tubing.
Installation is made easy with the use of an electric screwdriver to attach the bracket onto the desired location of the tubing with the included set screw. The mounting screws can then be used to attach the bar bracket’s foot to a bar facing, wall, or floor.
For maximum stability, we recommend using an end post or other bracket at both ends of your bar rail and every four feet in between. This ensures a sturdy installation of your handrails or bar foot rails.
